Because our flowers and arrangements are perishable and custom-made, all sales at Heavenly Hills Florist are final. Instead of refunds, we offer store credit when an issue arises that falls within our policy.​

If you believe your arrangement is defective or does not meet the expectations set at the time of order:

  • Be prepared to share a brief description and clear photo(s) of the arrangement so our team can review and respond appropriately.​

  • Store credit decisions will take into account product condition and whether recommended care instructions were followed.​

Proper care of fresh flowers is essential, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care guidelines provided with the arrangement (such as keeping flowers in water, away from direct heat, and following any specific instructions). Our goal is to partner with you so your flowers stay as beautiful and long-lasting as possible.
